Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During festive seasons, sales, or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on eligible orders (if applicable).
- Any shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:
- Do not accept the package if possible.
- Take clear photographs of the package.
- Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with your order details.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address, mobile number, and other details are accurate before placing your order. KapsCollections is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
International Shipping
Currently, KapsCollections ships only within India. International shipping services may be introduced in the future.
